The three doshas

Based on your responses, you’ll discover the dominant dosha that shapes your unique body constitution. This primary dosha influences not only your physical build but also the appearance of your skin, the imbalances it may be prone to, and the way it ages.

Vata

Qualities: light, dry, cool, mobile.

Balanced Vata: creativity, enthusiasm, flexibility, and inspiration.

Imbalanced Vata: anxiety, dryness, insomnia, or scattered thoughts.

Pitta

Qualities: hot, sharp, intense, oily.

Balanced Pitta: intelligence, confidence, leadership, and a sharp mind.

Imbalanced Pitta: irritability, inflammation, ulcers, or burnout.

Kapha

Qualities: heavy, cool, slow, moist, stable.

Balanced Kapha: calmness, compassion, strength, and endurance.

Imbalanced Kapha: lethargy, attachment, congestion, or water retention.
